Product Information


What is the difference between men and women's? 
Not much! The men’s are slightly wider with a rounder toe box. The women’s are narrower.

What do the ‘N’ and ‘S’ stand for in the product titles?
Styles are described by the acronyms in the beginning of their titles.

N – Normal width aka Mens
S – Slim width aka Womens
G2 – Low cut
B2 – Mid cut
M2 – Silky mid cut
OL – Organic low cut

Can Spring Courts be washed? 
We don’t recommend washing Spring Court’s, as we cannot control methods used. As a result we cannot take washed shoes back.

How do you clean leather? 
A regular wipe down by a soft, clean, damp cloth will keep leather cared for. For particular marks, good quality leather cleaner is a must.

Do you recommend a product to clean the rubber sole?
Cream cleaning products will wipe the dirt away. But there are specific cleaning sponges available for removing scuff marks.

When is the new range arriving?
We have two seasonal drops a year. The first is in the beginning of the year, usually around February. The second usually arrives before summer hits.

Shipping 

Where do you ship to?
We ship all over Australia and New Zealand. Unfortunately that’s it. For international delivery there are online stockists in both Europe and Asia.

When will I receive my order?
Online orders are dispatched from Sydney 24hrs after being placed.
Depending on where you live shipping takes between 2-5 business days. That said if you need shoes by a particular date, please get in touch and let us know.

How is my order shipped?
We offer both free and paid shipping options via a number of different carriers. They are Couriers Please, Australia Post and DHL express.

Do I need to sign for my order when it arrives?
The default setting is yes, but you can choose to allow the carrier authority to leave your parcel in a pre-organised place.

Where can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left the warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. This will have tracking information specific to your chosen carrier.

How do I update my delivery address?
Email us! As with information you would like to edit, please get in contact with us as soon as you can.

Online Shopping

Are the full range of Spring Courts available online?
Pretty much! But if there is a shoe you are chasing, please get in touch. The last of a style can often be found in store after we have sold out online.

I signed up for the newsletter after my purchase, can I still receive the welcome discount?
Yes! Your welcome gift discount can only be used once but there is no time restraint on when.

Is the information I provide kept private?
We do not share any of our customer details with third parties.

How do I exchange my order for a different size / style / colour?
Please email and let us know before sending your returns: as you will need to have completed an exchange form. These can be downloaded off the website or requested via email.
